Duplex Homes are sited in the least sensitive portion of the site and are designed to reflect tradition.

Through the careful location of 33 duplex homes, over fifty percent of a scenic 90-acre site has been preserved for the enjoyment of residents and the community. Dodson Associates, Ltd. developed a masterplan for the property, coordinated engineering and architectural consultants and successfully took the proposal through the local and state planning, traffic and wetlands permitting processes. The project features a 20-acre preserved meadow, 30 acres of preserved woodland, a community leach field, and condominium ownership of the land with individually owned duplex units. Traditional design of the site and buildings blends the project in with its rural surroundings.
